According to industry experts, Atlanta is experiencing the same booming growth in retail that is happening across the Southeast.

Historically low vacancy levels have created a landlord-friendly environment with opportunity for rent growth on both new and existing deals. However, according to Jeremy Rosenthall of M&P Shopping Centers, there is a limit on rent increases given rising taxes, insurance and maintenance costs for retail tenants.
